Delete your Bulbee account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Bulbee (Балбі) app by DEEP THOUGHT SOLUTIONS LIMITED, together with your children's data, even if you no longer have the app.

1. In the app

  1. Open Bulbee and go to «Ще» (More). The app first asks a question for adults.
  2. Choose «Видалити дитину або акаунт» (Delete a child or the account).
  3. To confirm, type the word ВИДАЛИТИ (DELETE) and tap «Подати заявку на видалення» (Request deletion).

To remove only one child, choose «Видалити лише одну дитину» (Delete only one child) on the same screen.

2. Without the app

Email support@bulbee.org from the address that you use to sign in to Bulbee, with the subject 'Delete account'. We will reply and carry out the request within one month.

If you sign in with Apple and hid your email address, we cannot see that address in your email. The easiest way is then to delete the account in the app: install Bulbee, sign in with Apple and follow the steps in section 1. If that is not possible, write to us and we will help you confirm that the account is yours.

3. What is deleted

  • The adult's account: the email address, the sign-in with Apple or by email code, and the sessions on devices.
  • The consent that the adult gave on the screen «Що ми зберігаємо» (What we store).
  • The profiles of all children in the family and the whole history of their lessons and games, including development games.
  • The subscription state in our database and the reminders before payment.
  • Records of how the app worked that are linked to the account.

After the request, the account can no longer be entered and the game stops at once. After 30 days we erase everything for good. During these 30 days you can write to support@bulbee.org if you change your mind: the request cannot be withdrawn in the app.

4. What is kept, and for how long

  • App Store and Google Play records of the subscription (product, dates, refunds): 6 years for accounting, with no data about the child.
  • Backups: up to 30 days, then they are erased.
  • The launch history before sign-in is not linked to the account: it is erased 12 months after that launch.
  • A record that the account was erased, with no name, email or child data.

5. Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it yourself:

  • App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
  • Google Play: your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions.
